  How it works:

  1. Pick your Package: Choose what amount of bulk beef is right for your family

     1/8th (55lbs) 1/4 (115lbs) 1/2 (230lbs) or whole cow (450lbs) Approx weights

  2. Reserve your Beef: Place your deposit

  3. Get Updates: We are going to continue to raise your happy, healthy beef throughout the summer months

  4. We will contact you as we approach the date that your beef will be ready and organize for pick up or delivery

  5. ENJOY! You enjoy delicious dry aged, premium grass fed beef all year long!

  Included:

  • Approx 115 lbs of meat

  • Mixed from front and hind of cow

  • 2 steaks per package (1-inch thick steaks)

    - Steaks include Ribeye, Tenderloin, New York Strips and Sirloin Steaks

    - Approx 30 steaks total

  • Roasts are 3-4 lbs

    - Roasts include Cross Rib Roast, Eye of Round and Round Roasts

    - Approx 6 Roasts

  • Ground beef is in 1.5 lb packages ( 1 lb packages available upon request)

    - approx 50lbs of ground beef

• Stew beef is in 1.5 lb packages

  - approx 10lbs if stew meat

• 1 Brisket (rolled)

• 2 large packages of short ribs

Notes:

1/4 is a great introduction to bulk beef sales. It would last a small family of light beef eaters a year

A small deep freeze is required. (3-4 cubic ft in a freezer)

Meat comes frozen and wrapped in Brown Paper. All butcher cutting costs are included in price (lasts for up to a year and a half in the freezer)

We deliver your beef to a convenient location in South Calgary. Home delivery to Okotoks, High River, Priddis, and Millarville area.

• Approx 230 lbs of meat

• Mixed from front and hind of cow

• 1/2 cow can be cut exactly the way you want it! We can walk you through the cut order.

• Sample cut order:

• 2 steaks per package (1-inch thick steaks)

  - Steaks include Ribeye, Tenderloin, New York Strips and Sirloin Steaks

  - Approx 60 steaks total

• Roasts are 3-4 lbs

  - Roasts include Cross Rib Roast, Eye of Round and Round Roasts

  - Approx 12 Roasts

• Ground beef is in 1.5 lb packages ( 1 lb packages available upon request)

  - approx 100lbs of ground beef

• Stew beef is in 1.5 lb packages

  - approx 20lbs if stew meat

• Brisket (can be rolled or pointe)

• 4 large packages of short ribs or maui ribs

• 1 large bag of bones (great for bone broth or to give your dogs!)

This is a great way to fill your freezer and try a little bit of everything. Great for back to school. The roasts and stew meat are great in the slow cooker or instant pot!
